We normally ship all orders within 3-4 business days.
We charge Rs. 100 for orders with a value below Rs. 2500. (Non-refundable if shipped)
Free shipping is available for all orders above Rs. 2500 within India.
International Orders:

- Prepaid – You can make secure online payments using your debit cards, credit cards, Net banking, Wallets or UPI.
- International payments can be made using cards or Paypal.
- Cash on delivery (COD) – Available for domestic Indian Orders at an additional cost of Rs 200. (Non Refundable)
You can guest checkout without creating an account.
But we advice to set up an account and select the merchandise you like. Creating an account helps you :
- Create product Wishlist.
- Keep track of your order details and transactions.
- Easily request for returns and order escalations.
- Keep updated with the latest product offerings and promotional offers.
Order Placement
You will receive an Email of purchase summary and a WhatsApp on order confirmation.

An email and whatsapp is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchange
Order’s can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable Should you wish to cancel your order, please inform the team via email on support@tibertaber.com, DM us on Instagram/Facebook or Call/WhatsApp us at + 91 9560142238 | Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
You can return eligible products, up to 7 days from the date of delivery, from “My Orders” section on the website or using the RETURN REQUEST.
- The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
- Tags should be intact.
- The product(s) clears a quality check at the Stitchkaa, and only then is the exchange/refund processed.
- Exchange requests will be accepted only once.
- Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
- COD and Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
- International orders are non-returnable.
It usually takes 7-10 working days for an exchange or return order to be processed.
This is because we raise a reverse pickup with the courier company, which then collects the product from your delivery address.
You can request for a size exchange.
To exchange for a different outfit, initiate a return request for the original order against refund and place a new order with the new selection.
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source of payment.
Refunds can take 7-10 days.

All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.
